Return Timeline
Returns or Refunds must be requested within 7 Days of Delivery. After this period, We won’t be able to accept Return or Refund Requests.
What Can Be Returned
Returns are Accepted If:
- Your item arrived Damaged or Defective.
- You received the Wrong Product.
- The item is Unused, Unopened, and in its Original Packaging.
What Can’t Be Returned
Returns are not Accepted If:
- Opened, Used, or Damaged after Delivery.
- Missing Original Packaging.
All returns must be in the same condition as delivered, with proof of purchase included. Returns without valid proof or for items damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To Request Return:
- Contact us as soon as possible via Email, WhatsApp, or our Contact Us page.
- Please include your Order ID when requesting a Return.
Once your Return is Approved:
- We'll provide you with our Return Address.
- Please Note: Return shipping is the Customer’s Responsibility
We cannot be held responsible for Goods Damaged or Lost in Return Shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received Return Delivery.
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
We’ve got you! If something’s not right, Contact us within 24 Hours of Delivery. Send us photos or a quick video so we can verify the issue. After that, We’ll send you a replacement or process a refund to your Original Payment Method.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 Hours of placing it. After 48 hours cancellations will no longer be Accepted.

- Please include your Order ID when requesting a Cancellation.
